STANDARD PAC REPORTS

Current Federal Incumbents – Election Year Expenditures— Shows disbursement totals for current seated federal legislators for a user-entered election year for candidate committees and for a user-entered date range for leadership committees. Legislators are grouped and subtotaled by chamber and party. Charts of disbursement totals by party, disbursement totals by chamber and party, and disbursement totals by committee type and party. Note: Historical data is shown for current seated federal legislators only.

Expenditures by Chamber and Party (Trend)—Displays a chart of disbursements across years, detailing the disbursement trend of each chamber by party. The report also includes a crosstab summary of disbursement totals across all chambers and years. Report parameters include Date Range.

Expenditures by Party and Date—Displays disbursements grouped by party, committee type, federal vs. state level, and chamber. Includes a summary page of disbursements by party and chamber, then detailed pages showing disbursements by political committee level. The report includes a chart of total disbursements by party, and disbursements by party for the federal chambers. Report parameters include Date Range.

Payroll Comparison by Month—Compares payroll for two user-selected months, showing summary information as well as detailed information about the additions, drops, and changes in individual receipts between the selected months.

(New) Payroll Comparison by Payroll Dates—Compares payroll for two user-selected dates, showing summary information as well as detailed information about the additions, drops, and changes in individual receipts between the selected dates.

Receipts Analysis by Group (Previously "Receipts by Group")—Displays contributions by Group/Type. The report supports drill-down into Types to view individual contribution totals. Drill into an individual record to show their contribution details. Report parameters include Date Range and Group (single select).

Receipts by Groups (All Receipts - Two Levels)—Shows contributions grouped by two user selected grouping levels. The user can drill into Types to view individual contribution totals and drill into an individual to show contribution details. All contributions are for the date range shown.

Receipts by State—Displays contribution totals by state, with a chart for the top states. The report supports drill-down into individual contribution totals, and then drills to individual contribution details. Report parameters include Date Range.

Receipts Trend—Displays a chart of contributions per month and year to allow the analysis of contribution trends over time. The report also includes a crosstab analysis of per year of contribution amounts, per month, per state. Report parameters include Date Range.
