Email Templates

Templates are a very useful way to provide a standardized consistent look to your newsletters and solicitations.

When editing the body of an email, you can use the Add Template button in order to view a list of templates saved to the Democracy Direct database you are signed into.

NOTE: Once you add a template, the existing contents/HTML of your email body will be completely replaced by the content/HTML saved to the selected template.

You can use the Save Template button in order to save your existing contents/HTML of your email body as a new template. You will be prompted to assign a name to the new template.

We strongly recommend staying away from the Delete button at the top-right hand corner of the email editor, as this will delete a selected template from the template list - not just for you, but for all users that sign into the database.

Custom Templates can be built upon request. Costs vary.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
-HTML Email templates will typically have a width of 600-800px by design.
-We build mobile-responsive modular table-based templates.
-Best rendering results are typically achieved by sending emails out of the Democracy Direct system.
